First Degree

• Two 6-hour seminars

• You will learn: basic self-healing techniques, energy sensitivity, and self-awareness

• The first level is the foundation for beginning to feel the energy within you, directing it, and using it for yourself and your loved ones.

Second Degree

• Two 6-hour seminars

• You will learn: sending energy to others, distant Reiki, and enhancing your healing abilities

• You delve deeper into the energy and begin to heal and support others as well.

• Encouragement: If you want to see the difference that energy makes in the souls of others, this degree will open your eyes and your heart.

Third Grade – 3A

• Two 6-hour sessions

• You will learn: professional Reiki application, a comprehensive therapeutic practice, and how to apply it to your personal and professional life

• At this stage, you become a fully qualified practitioner. You can practice Reiki professionally or provide meaningful care for yourself and your loved ones.

• Call to Action: If you feel that you want to transform your life and the lives of others, this is where you begin to take the power and responsibility of energy healing into your own hands.

Level 3 – 3B (Master Teacher)

• Two 6-hour seminars

• You will learn: how to teach Reiki, convey its philosophy, and become a teacher and mentor to other practitioners

• Certified diplomas are awarded by the Panhellenic Reiki Association
